Drawing from her 25 years as a military leader, her life-changing experiences as a special-needs mother, and her transition to business ownership, Kimberly Jarena Pollard explores how the roles and experiences that prepare us to lead also shape how we approach uncertainty, define success, and make business and leadership decisions.

Inspired by Kimberly’s contributed chapter in Building Freedom: A Roadmap for Women Beginning Their Entrepreneurial Journey, this interactive workshop helps women recognize that they are not building from scratch; they are building from experience. Participants will bring one current business or leadership decision and use The RETURN Framework™ Mindset Guide to recognize the patterns and expectations influencing it, reconnect with the experience and wisdom they already carry, and identify one practical next move.

Through individual reflection, conversation, and shared learning, participants will discover how The RETURN Framework™ can help them navigate uncertainty without needing to have the entire route mapped.

Participants who have the anthology are encouraged to read Kimberly’s chapter before the workshop; however, reading the chapter is not required to participate fully.
